I am incredibly disappointed with the actions of the NXMC team over what in reality is not a large sum. The team are Doxed and we have held 50% of the raise which we will begin the process of returning to investors. I have given the team 24 hours to respond regarding the refund. KwikTrust have announced their TGE date and are moving forward. All LaunchPad projects from proposal to raise need to be approved by the DAO and I would like to see more involvement here. We have reworked contracts to reflect the refund clause for any future projects that fail to reach their soft cap. I would also like to personally apologise to all effected. I have been working to advocate for investors, honour our commitments and hold these projects to their commitments.
