Dear Community,
We have deployed a manual fix for all the reported wallets. We are also in the process of testing a fix to resolve the wider issue which is related to the different standards used by the networks when describing a wallet address.
This was something that unfortunately wasn't part of our testing which was restricted to the Polygon network.
We appreciate your understanding and hope to have this resolved asap
