Polygon has updated their RPC to an aggregator. You may find when you switch your Metamask to the Polygon Network you see a spinning/loading screen. 

Solution: 
In order to switch to the Polygon Network in Metamask you will need to update the RPC in your settings. 

Open your MetaMask wallet > select your profile icon > Settings > Network > Polygon

Network Name: Polygon Mainnet
New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com/
ChainID: 137
Symbol: MATIC
